Conflict and Remembrance - Dominant and Alternative narratives
PM Registration collaboration.
During this PM registration students will be returning to consider their reflections of why, how and who we remember.
1 Tutors will ask their groups to watch and consider the Media production by the Media team, and to reflect on what they have learnt in the day about Remembrance.
2 Tutor will explain that during the weekend that many organisations and the country at large will be remembering, and that they should build this into the understanding of Remembrance that they have further developed during the day.

Finally...Take a few minutes to Remember.
Here is a YouTube link to ‘Benedictus’, from ‘The Armed Man’ by Karl Jenkins. It pays homage to the victims of the Kosovo crisis, and is in truth an ‘anti-war’ piece. It seems appropriate as an homage to fallen soldiers and victims of war - and in no way a disservice to either. I hope you like it, and that it offers inspiration for bringing your Remembrance Day Activities to a close.
